  • We’ll start by asking you a few questions about your device and then if you’re still having issues, you can book it in for a repair

  • If you do send your phone off for repair, you may need to cover any costs that aren’t covered by your warranty

  • Our warranty service only applies to customers who bought their device with Vodafone

Do you have a warranty?

If you bought a phone on Vodafone EVO on or after 26 July 2023, you’ll be covered by our Lifetime Warranty. For all other customers you can answer a few simple questions to see if you’re covered.

What’s included in my warranty?

If you have a warranty, check what’s included. Anything that isn’t covered by your warranty will be chargeable.

Included

Manufacturer faults, this includes things that weren't picked up during production

Defective parts, this includes faults occurring through normal use of your device

Faults that weren’t caused by accidental damage

Your warranty doesn't include

Not included

Liquid damage, like dropping your device in water

Accidental damage and wear and tear, like dents or a cracked screen

Power surge damage, like port damage
